How long does a custom rug take?

Most custom rugs take approximately 6–8 weeks. Oversized pieces may require 12–16 weeks. We share progress photographs while your rug is on the loom.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Ettilux provides free express delivery to our principal international markets, with tracking from Morocco to your door.

Is every rug genuinely handmade?

Yes. Our rugs are hand-knotted by Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques. One-of-one pieces are individually selected, and commissioned rugs are made specifically for you.

Can I choose exact colours and dimensions?

Yes. The custom atelier can adapt dimensions, palette and pattern to your room. Handmade dimensions can naturally vary by up to 4%.
