 We are committed to our customer satisfaction.To be eligible for a return, you must inform us by email info@ettiluxhome.com Once we have acknowledged your request for a refund, it becomes your responsibility to return the item to us within 14 business days. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where possible.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IF ALLOWED

Bring the package to the nearest DHL drop-off point.
Schedule a collection by calling DHL Customer Service.
The information on your pre-printed return label is required by DHL. Please keep it handy when organizing your return.
Once you have prepared your return, proceed as follows: (a) Place the item(s) in the original shipping package or other suitable packaging; (b) Complete the return form and place it in the box; and (c) Attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will start the refund procedure as applicable.

Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If an item is returned not in its original condition, you will be liable for any repair and/or cleaning costs, which will be deducted from the final refundable amount.

Late or missing refunds:
