Use the exact-size design review rather than buying a listed-size variant. Share the required width, length, unit and palette direction. The studio confirms scope, price and timing before you authorize production.
How do designers monitor production?
Weekly loom photographs and project updates are shared from approval through finishing. Trade projects have one clear studio contact.
What happens before the first knot?
The Ettilux studio confirms the approved drawing, material direction, project scale, lead time and delivery details in writing.
What is the normal lead time?
Standard production is 6–8 weeks after written approval. Very large or complex projects may require additional time, confirmed before authorization.
How long does delivery take?
Worldwide express delivery from Morocco. Typical express transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is shared after dispatch.

Can a made-to-order rug be changed, cancelled or returned?
