Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will start the refund procedure as applicable.

Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If an item is returned not in its original condition, you will be liable for any repair and/or cleaning costs, which will be deducted from the final refundable amount.

Late or missing refunds:
